We could not resist contacting Paul about this stunning remodel done in contemporary fashion, but with all the simple comforts a home can offer, from natural finishes and fixtures to multiple fireplaces to a panoramic view of the city.
Dawson&Clinton transformed a dated 3,200 square foot, two-unit building in San Francisco into a contemporary 9,000 square foot, four-unit condominium.
As the Developers, Designers, and General Contractors for this project, Dawson&Clinton wanted to give the building a modern look, yet be respectful of the neighborhood’s traditional heritage.
With that in mind, the contemporary façade of the structure was designed to fit gracefully among the existing architecture of the surrounding community.
