The Raye Street House in Seattle is surely a sight to behold. Ryan Rhodes Designs and JMR Law Group found a dilapidated structure atop Queen Anne’s Hill, and immediately saw it for the potential it held.

The building was transformed into the residential you see here. It is quite a stark contrast to neighboring homes, as well as the landscape. Yet there is a continuity flowing from each section of the home to another.

The views from the interior out over the landscape and town below are breathtaking and are certain to be even more stunning by nightfall. The view of the exterior of the house, however, can be a little overwhelming, with an architectural style that seems to blend office tower with residential dwelling.

The interior is simply stunning. Large windows grace nearly every room, allowing for a maximum of natural light and view of the cityscape.
