Infinity Edge Swimming Pools

Infinity edge pools, also known as negative edge pools, create a dreamy seamless edge that fades into the natural landscape. Though they look beautiful in any setting, they’re absolutely stunning on cliff or ocean front properties. Infinity edge pools are costly due to the extensive architectural design work and structural engineering, but well worth it even for non-swimmers, as they create a dramatic and exhilarating landscape effect.
An oasis in a mountain desert, the infinity pool above turns this barren region into a piece of art, blending earthy elements of blue sky, treeless chocolaty-brown mountains and fresh, clear blue water into a boundless marriage. The average pool from yesteryear could never rise to such an occasion.
To use the term impressive is an understatement, especially when it comes to pools like the one shown above. It’s a backyard pool that overlooks a lake. The pool opens up the yard and visually transports the lake and mountains to the back steps of this estate. The infinity pool emanates from behind the built-in hot tub and then seems to vanish into the endless ocean.
As you can see, infinity pools can vastly enhance mountaintop and ocean views as they blend with the natural land or seascape with their magical seamless edges. This type of pool gives homeowners the power to take their already gorgeous views and make them sensationally grand. And, if you don’t have property with a view, the infinity pool will create one.

Some of the world’s best hotels are so loved because of their infinity pools, but it is not difficult to see why because they are built to make you feel connected to the surroundings. Has anyone checked out the infinity pool at the casino in Singapore? At 55 stories high it is not for the faint hearted.
