Beth Flanagan
Beth Flanagan is a freelance writer based in Modesto, California. Her background consists of seventeen years in the advertising business as both an account executive and a copy writer for television, radio, and print ads. Her hobbies are photography, working with Photoshop, and research. She has two handsome sons ages 18 & 21 who are both creative in writing and playing piano and guitar. Her outdoor passions are for tennis and golf.
Dan Harding
Dan has torn down (and rebuilt) walls throughout the USA. His remodeling career began in a basement in Michigan where, while doing demolition work for a friend, he met his first remodeling contractor. From there a love of work, travel, and remodeling led him to Oregon at the height of the building boom. Beside a love for hands-on labor and the art of building, Dan enjoys reading and writing and holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Michigan State University. It is this unique combination of trade skills and a passion for the written word that brings Dan to the Best of Remodeling.

Life in the countryside of Virginia has made a profound impact on writer/author Jennifer Heyns. While shackled to her laptop happily scribing blogs, articles, and recently, a non-fiction book on healthcare during school hours, she immensely enjoys spending time out in nature with her husband, two boys, and yellow lab. Tim Peterson
Tim has enjoyed a long career of working in the Salt Lake City media market. A television producer and sportswriter, he's the man for all seasons. A jack of all trades, he’s done a lot to remodel his 1910 brick Victorian style home. When it comes to troubleshooting in the home, he rates his skills from average to expert, with HVAC his weakest suit and flooring, roofing, and landscaping his strongest. Whatever the project, Tim considers himself a remodeling mouthpiece for the common man. He has a passion for sports, both professionally and as a casual fan. He's also a recreation buff, enjoying golfing, snow skiing, hiking, and travel. He's married to his lovely wife Beth.
